Pajeon
If the whole family sits around and shares the pajeon with a thick layer of seafood, the unity doubles. Usually, green onion pancakes are made with chives or green onions, but if you cut green onions into thick pieces, the flavor is even better. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/2
Sacred POINT> Divide the rootless green onion into quarters to match the length of the pan. Slice green and red peppers diagonally and whisk eggs in a bowl. Wash clams, mussels, and kaltail shrimp thoroughly and strain them through a sieve. Put pancake powder and water in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/2
When the oiled pan is heated, lower the heat to low and spread the sliced green onions neatly and stir-fry slightly in the oil. Sprinkle the batter over the green onion and put the seafood evenly. Sacred POINT> Pour egg water evenly and top with green & red pepper. Cook over medium heat and turn over when the bottom is fully cooked
