Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds, and dig out the filling, leaving only about 0.5cm thick. Slice shallots thinly and chop paprika and shrimp finely. Mash the tofu and drain it.

Stir-fry shallots and minced garlic in a pan covered with butter, then add shrimp, tofu, and remaining avocado fillings and stir-fry them with whipped cream. When the water becomes small, add paprika, parsley, oregano, and thyme and season with salt and pepper.

Remove the fat from the fried avocado with a kitchen towel and fry it again by dressing it in the order of frying powder, egg water, and bread crumbs.

Mix 100ml of yogurt, 2ts of honey and 1ts of lemon juice to make a yogurt sauce, then sprinkle over fried avocados and top with blueberries.
