Marshmallow chocolate muffin

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the muffin mix with cocoa powder and sieve.
STEP 2/7
Cut the marshmallow in half.
STEP 3/7
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix them evenly with milk and cooking oil.
STEP 4/7
Add sifted muffin mix and cocoa powder and mix evenly.
STEP 5/7
Add 80g of dark chocolate chips and mix them and put them in a piping bag.
STEP 6/7
Place parchment paper in muffin mold and fill dough to 2/3 height. Place the remaining dark chocolate chips and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
STEP 7/7
Remove from oven, place marshmallow on top and bake for another 5-7 minutes until marshmallow is golden.
