Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Finely chop the beef for raw beef pieces.
STEP 2/4
Chop shallots, pickles and capers finely.
STEP 3/4
Add shallots, pickles and capers to minced beef and mix Worcester sauce, ketchup, brandy, olive oil, Tabasco, salt pepper and parsley minced.
STEP 4/4
Place marinated meat in the custard pastry. Garnish with black sesame seeds and sprinkle with honey.
