Add pickled cucumbers, onions, mayonnaise, and pepper to the tenderloin crab and mix.

Add 11/2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the hot rice and let it cool.
STEP 6/6
Put about half of the rice in a triangular gimbap mold and put crab meat salad on top. Add rice again, press it to shape it, take it out of the mold, and wrap it with seaweed.
