  • balsamic vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Season the mackerel with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/6
Make mayonnaise sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and minced cheongyang pepper.
STEP 3/6
Cut the lucola and chicory into bite-size pieces, slice the cucumbers, and slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix chopped onions with balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and olive oil to make a dressing.

Grease a heated pan with a little cooking oil and grill the mackerel back and forth until golden.
STEP 5/6
When it's almost cooked, spread mayonnaise sauce evenly on the mackerel and bake it slightly back and forth again.
STEP 6/6
Complete the grilled mackerel with vegetables and dressing.
