Salmon kimchi stew

  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • leek

  • Kimchi
    1/2 cup
  • Water
    2.5cup
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2 TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2 ts
  • Sugar
    1/2 ts
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice the green onion diagonally and thickly cut the tofu. Cut the kimchi in bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/4
Pour only the soup of Alaskan salmon into a heated pot and stir-fry kimchi, then add the kimchi soup and water and boil it for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 3/4
Add Alaska salmon, tofu, minced garlic, and red pepper powder and boil over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, add green onions and boil again to finish.
