It is a Chinese-style soup dish that is good to enjoy lightly on a chilly winter day. A bowl full of chubby shrimp wonton, soft tofu, and soft eggs. It's not irritating and has a clean and light taste, so I keep getting my hands on it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the green onion into 5cm long pieces and divide it into 4 pieces vertically.
STEP 2/6
Cut tofu into 3 to 4cm long pieces, and remove the bottom of enoki mushrooms and cut them into 1cm long pieces.
STEP 3/6
Whisk egg whites with a whisk.
STEP 4/6
Boil water, green onions, and shrimp wonton sauce in a pot.
STEP 5/6
When it boils up, add shrimp wonton dumplings and tofu and boil.
STEP 6/6
When shrimp wonton dumplings come to mind, put enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, and egg bubbles and turn off the heat. Season with salt and pepper and complete.
