Brownie tiramisu
A romantic combination of dark chocolate brownies, bitter espresso, and soft and sweet tiramisu cream. If you put it in a cup for one person, it is easy to make and the atmosphere is different. It would be perfect for directing Christmas and New Year's parties, which are only once a year.

  • mascarpone cheese
    250 g
  • whipped cream
    1 cup
  • black coffee

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and cuentro to soft mascarpone cheese at room temperature and mix well.

Add mascarpone cheese to whipped cream and carefully mix to make tiramisu cream.

Add 50 ml of water to the brownie mix and knead for 3 minutes and 30 seconds (preheat to 180 degrees when using the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes)
STEP 5/6
Cut the brownies that are completely cold into bite-size pieces and apply espresso evenly.
STEP 6/6
Put a lot of tiramisu cream on top of the brownie and decorate it with fruits and mint.
