Mix flour, baking powder, and almond powder and sieve them. Preheat oven to 180 and cover pound cake mold with parchment paper. In butter, whisk the mixture of egg and egg yolk two to three times. Add vanilla essence, mix evenly, and foam with salt and sugar two to three times.

Pour the dough into a pound cake mold and hit it once or twice on the floor to remove bubbles in the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes, then cool in a cooling net for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
