Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Shred spam, onions (1/4), green bell pepper, jalapeno (6), and cilantro.
STEP 2/5
Finely chop cherry tomatoes, onions (1/6), coriander, and jalapeno (4), mix, season with salt and pepper to make salsa.
STEP 3/5
Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and stir-fry spam, onion, green pepper, chili powder, and a little pepper.

Place tortillas (1 sheet) in a dry pan and sprinkle 1/2 amount of pizza cheese (1/3C) evenly. Sprinkle with stir-fried ingredients, jalapeno, coriander, and the rest of the pizza cheese.

Cover tortillas and grill them on low heat until golden brown, and cut them easily to eat. Complete with salsa and sour cream.
