Soak rice noodles in lukewarm water for about an hour and drain.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and sesame oil evenly to make a sauce.

Shred spam, onions, and red paprika, and cut bok choy in half length.

Slice garlic thinly, shred green onions, and soak them in cold water. Chop Vietnamese peppers and peanuts.

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil, add Vietnamese pepper, onion, paprika, bok choy, and spam, season with pepper and stir-fry over high heat.

When the vegetables are out of breath, add rice noodles and seasoning, mix them evenly, and stir-fry them enough over medium heat to evenly cut the seasoning. Add chopped peanuts and cilantro to complete.
