Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut bok choy into bite-size pieces and blanch it slightly in boiling water with salt. Slice shiitake mushrooms and shred green onions and garlic.
STEP 2/3
Steam frozen baoz for about 12 minutes in a steaming steamer.
STEP 3/3
Grease a heated pan with cooking oil, stir-fry green onions and garlic to create a scent, and then stir-fry oyster sauce, rice wine, bok choy, and shiitake mushrooms. Serve on a plate and garnish with paoz.
