Add salt, sugar, yeast, water, and olive oil to the sifted flour, knead it until it becomes smooth, put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it until the dough doubles. After fermentation, press down hard to remove gas and ferment again for about 20 minutes.

Grease a pot with cooking oil, stir-fry the prepared ingredients, pour water, and boil until the ingredients are fully cooked. Reduce heat, add curry, dissolve, and simmer stirring well until thickened.

Take out the fermented dough, push it with a rolling pin, spread it thin, and bake it in a pan without putting oil on it. Serve with prepared curry sauce and naan.
