Grilled cabbage and chili anchovy sauce
A warm salad baked in large slices of cabbage. The crispness and sweet and moist taste of cabbage, which are different from when eaten cold, add a new feeling. The unique flavor of chili anchovy sauce enhances the salad taste.

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

  • Starch syrup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut cabbage into 5~6 pieces with a seam so that the leaves do not fall off. Stir-fry pine nuts in a dry pan until golden.
STEP 2/4
Mix anchovy sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and starch syrup to make a dressing.
STEP 3/4
Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and add cabbage and bake over medium heat until brown.
STEP 4/4
Place grilled cabbage on a plate, sprinkle dressing, and finish with pine nuts.
