Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil the noodles, wash them in cold water, and drain. Mix red pepper paste, minced garlic, vinegar, oligosaccharide, lemon juice, minced kimchi, pepper, sesame oil, and sesame evenly to make a bibim sauce.
STEP 2/4
Add a little salt to the boiling water and boil the chicken breast and tear it to the grain when it cools. Dip lettuce, chicory, and vitamins in cold water, remove them, tear them into bite-size pieces, and slice cucumbers diagonally.
