Rice with fried prawns
The most popular menu in front of Hongdae, the center of the trend, is Japanese-style rice bowl. Donburi's charm is that you can eat simple and full rice, side dishes, and sauce in one bowl. The bowl of fried prawns with a whole prawn on it makes me feel full just by looking at it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
The shrimp removes its head, intestines, and shell and pops a water gun attached to its tail. Put a cut three to four times on the stomach and press down on the back to straighten it. Add frying powder, egg yolk, and ice water and mix roughly to make a batter.

Wash and dry the kkari peppers, and use a toothpick or fork to drill holes.

Boil the tsuyu over low heat until it is reduced to 2/3 and cool.

Shrimp and kkari peppers are lightly coated with frying powder, and then fried in 175 of frying oil.
