STEP 1/4
Mash tofu with the back of a knife and squeeze it on a cloth to remove moisture. Cut bellflower into small pieces, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, rub it until the salt melts, and wash it in water to remove moisture. Remove the skin and seeds from the pear and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 2/4
Put bellflower root, pear, and oligosaccharide in a pot and boil them over low heat. When bellflower roots and pears are cooked transparently, reduce the heat to medium and heat them until the moisture is gone.
