Grilled Neobiani
Neobiani is one of the royal dishes of the Joseon Dynasty, where meat is sliced thin and flat, marinated in seasoning, and baked. It is no exaggeration to say that the seasoning determines the taste as it is a simple dish that uses only one soy sauce seasoning without any ingredients. The savory sesame oil seasoning was used to enhance the taste.

  • Sliced beef

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/2
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except pine nuts to make sesame oil seasoning. Cut the sirloin at the end of the sirloin into 0.5cm thick pieces, remove the blood, mix it with the seasoning, and marinate it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/2
Grease a heated pan with a little cooking oil and add marinated meat and grill it over high heat until golden brown. Put Neobiani on a plate and sprinkle pine nuts to finish.
