A French dessert that means 'delicious' and 'sweet'. It tastes similar to Pinancier, which has a good butter scent and a moist taste, but is different in that it contains fruits or other ingredients. It is usually served with coffee or tea.

Cooking Steps

Mix almond powder, gravitational powder, sugar powder, and baking powder evenly and sift them twice.

Melt the butter in a medium bath.

Put the egg whites in a bowl and whisk well to prevent lumps.

Add the sifted almond powder, gravitational powder, sugar powder, and baking powder to the beaten egg white and mix well with a rubber spatula.

Pour in the hot butter and stir until no fat is visible.

Fill the mini muffin mold with 2/3 of the dough, place the berries one by one, and press them lightly.

Bake for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
