Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Cut the sponge cake in half horizontally and divide it into two.
STEP 2/14
Cut the prepared strawberry 1/3 into small pieces until the pulp is chewed, and grind the remaining 2/3 finely with a blender.

Whipped cream is mixed with sugar and bubbled to 80%.

Take about 100ml of whipped cream and make more foam to prepare for decoration.

Soak gelatin in cold water.

Heat the milk lukewarmly.

In a bowl, mix ground strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice with a whisk.

Squeeze the water out of the gelatin, put it in the heated milk, pour it into 7 and mix well

Add the prepared whipped cream to 80% foam and mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula.

Add chopped strawberries and mix them so that they don't get crushed to make a barbarian.

Place a stainless steel ring with a diameter of 21cm on a flat tray, spread the barbara on the floor, place a layer of sponge cake, pour half of the remaining barbara, cover the layer of cake again, and pour all the rest of the barbara.

Arrange the surface evenly with a rubber spatula and harden it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Wrap the ring with a steam towel and slightly melt the surface to remove the ring.
