STEP 1/6
Cut the chicken breast into 2*2cm pieces and mix it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a little bit of salt and pepper. Cut 1/2 onion, 1/2 green pepper and 1/3 paprika into the same size as chicken breast and finely chop the rest of the onion. Grind apples on a grater to juice them.
STEP 2/6
Make a cross cut on the other side of the stem, blanch it slightly in boiling water, and rinse it in cold water to peel it. Remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
STEP 3/6
Cut the mushrooms into thick pieces and cut the mushrooms into the same size as the mushrooms. Tear the oyster mushroom in strands. Put mushrooms in a pan covered with olive oil and stir-fry them over high heat with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/6
Grease a pan with a little olive oil and stir-fry the sliced onions (1/2 minutes). Add green pepper and paprika and season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken breast until golden and take it out.
STEP 5/6
Grease a generous pot with olive oil and stir-fry chopped onions (1/4 of them) until light brown. Add the peeled and cut tomatoes to this, stir-fry them, add all the cooked ingredients and water, and boil them over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Remove from heat and add curry powder and mix well. When the curry is completely melted, turn on the heat again and boil it for 2 minutes with apple juice. Finally, add milk and boil for another minute.
