Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the butter into cubes, measure, and place in the refrigerator

To make crust dough, add gravitational flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter of 1 and mix it by rubbing it with your hands, then add the egg mixture and knead it.

Make the dough into a round flat lump, cover it with a wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

To make cheese filling, put ricotta cheese and pizza cheese in a bowl, grind Parma-san cheese, add eggs, sifted salami, chopped Italian parsley, and pepper and mix well.

Remove crust dough from the refrigerator and spread it to a pie pan by pushing it to a thickness of 5mm. Fill the edges thoroughly and cut the remaining edges once with a rolling pin.

Place cheese filling inside and bake in oven for about 40 minutes.
