Thai grilled pork neck

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop 2 lemon grasses, 4 sherlots and 1/4 cup parsley. Mix it well with 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/4 cup of mirin, and 6 tablespoons of sugar to make marinated seasoning.

Marinate pork neck in seasoning on top for 6-8 hours.
STEP 3/5
Bake marinated pork neck in the oven for 30 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Remove from oven and apply honey back and forth on pork neck when hot.
STEP 5/5
Cut into 0.5cm thick slices and decorate 2 lemon grasses.
