Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
To make a pickle solution, put 3 cups of water, 400g of sugar, 40g of salt, and 2 tablespoons of pickling spice in a pot, and when it boils up, add 2 cups of vinegar and boil slightly more. Let this pickle solution cool until lukewarm.
STEP 2/4
Wash cucumbers with thick salt to remove fine thorns and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/4
Peel the carrot and cut it into bite-sized pieces, and peel the onion and divide it into 4~6 pieces.
STEP 4/4
Place cucumbers, carrots, and onions in a container and pour in lukewarm pickle solution. After cooling it completely, put it in the refrigerator and eat it after aging for about a day.
