Cooking Steps
STEP 1/2
Remove the skin and seeds from tomatoes and cut them into 1cm sizes, and cut mozzarella cheese into similar sizes. The basil is chopped roughly.
STEP 2/2
Mix 1/2 tbsp balsamic, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, a little salt and pepper in a bowl, then mix well with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Place gently on top of half-cut tofu.

It's good. I don't like tofu, but I really enjoyed it. Instead of basil, I replaced it with young leaf vegetables and it was okay!^^
