California Rolls
California roll with crab sticks and avocados for a savory and soft taste. Fresh sushi and creamy ingredients blend smoothly. It tastes even better if you use thick and crispy gimbap laver.

  • dried seaweed for kimbap
    2 piece
  • white rice
    2bowl
  • Avocado
    1/2 ea
  • Crammy
    6 ea
  • Mayonnaise
    2 TS
  • Vinegar
    1 TS
  • Sugar
    1/2 TS
  • Watercress
    30g
  • black sesame
    TS
  • Salt
    1/4 TS
  • ground pepper
    1/4 TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the seeds from the avocado, cut it to 0.3cm thick, and drain the cresson.
STEP 2/4
Tear crab sticks according to the grain and mix them with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
STEP 3/4
Put 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and 1/4 tablespoon salt in a heat-resistant container and completely dissolve it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Add to warm rice and mix evenly.
STEP 4/4
Cover the seaweed feet with plastic wrap, put the seaweed on top of it, turn it upside down so that the seaweed faces upward, and put crab meat, avocado, and cresson on top of the seaweed. Roll the wrap to complete the roll.
