Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead smoothly for 20-25 minutes using hands or a kneader.
STEP 2/10
First ferment in a warm (40) place for 50 minutes.
STEP 3/10
After the first fermentation, remove the gas from the dough, roll it, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for 15 minutes.
STEP 4/10
During medium fermentation, add drained sweet corn, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well.
STEP 5/10
Roll the dough into a 20x30cm rectangle.
STEP 6/10
Sprinkle evenly with (Ingredients).*Exclude the ends!
STEP 7/10
After rolling it, cut it into six pieces.
STEP 8/10
Let it ferment in a warm (40) place for 40 minutes.
STEP 9/10
After the second fermentation, sprinkle mayonnaise and parsley over the dough.
STEP 10/10
Bake at 180 for 12 minutes.
It tastes better with mayonnaise^^

    Wow, it's really good! The bread itself is soft and chewy, but I liked it because it has a chewy taste thanks to the corn. :) The mayonnaise sprinkled on the dough doesn't seep in, so I was thinking about skipping the mayonnaise at the end, but when I did, it tasted completely different! It was more delicious because it was salty! Thank you for the recipe :D
