STEP 1/9
This is the water kimchi I put in last time.
STEP 2/9
Make mustard sauce before boiling noodles.
(One tablespoon of mustard and two tablespoons of lukewarm water~)
I enjoy eating mustard, so I buy it as a powder and make it.
The taste is the same as the lotus flower.~~
The thing in the cup above the cold noodles is mustard.^^~~
As you can see, cold noodles
I'll tear it apart
STEP 3/9
Before boiling the water
Add eggs and 1 tablespoon of salt and boil water.
When the water boils
Leave the egg to boil more
I think I left it there for about seven minutes.
Then add the cold noodles.
STEP 4/9
Add cold noodles
When it's about to boil
You have to rinse it in cold water to make the noodles chewy.
STEP 5/9
Remove the cold noodles and rinse them in cold water several times.
That's how the noodles become chewy.
STEP 6/9
Put it in a bowl of naengmyeon
STEP 7/9
I'll add radish wraps
Add a lot of ice, please.~~
STEP 8/9
Peel the egg
If you pour the water kimchi into the naengmyeon that you put a few days ago
It's a refreshing, sour, and sweet mul-naengmyeon.
It's perfect if you put vinegar and mustard in water kimchi broth.
Sprinkle sesame salt on the naengmyeon
Put a pretty carrot and water kimchi on it
The red pepper looks very pretty, too.
Put the green onions on top
My water kimchi guys who have a deep taste~
If it's bland, add salt
STEP 9/9
There's a way to put water kimchi in the last recipe.
Please check the recipe for water kimchi that I uploaded last time.
Just put the ingredients on top.
[Water kimchi ingredients] 2/3 radishes, carrot, 5 slices of cabbage, a little onion, 4 red peppers, 5 tablespoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of new sugar, 4 tablespoons of garlic, 0.5 tablespoons of ginger, 3 roots of chives
[Flour paste] 1,200ml of water, 1 tablespoon of flour
If it's hard to cook naengmyeon
Add the noodles and stir until 1 to 50
Rinse it after counting.~
When I made it like that, it was chewy
