STEP 1/6
Soak the rice for about an hour.

Put soaked rice, 2 pieces of kelp, and 2 cups of water in a pot, place carrot and bracken on top, close the lid, boil over medium heat, and boil over medium heat for another 5 minutes or 15 minutes over low heat when the water starts to boil.
