Making light rice kimchi pizza using rice flour [No oven, mom's
Since I was young, my mom made my own food instead of instant food and gave me instant food. Rice kimchi pizza is a popular menu in our neighborhood. I went to a country house and learned from my mom. If you have atopy or are concerned about your health, it would be good to make it without ham. The toppings are up to me, too

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/21
Prepare rice flour, eggs, and milk in a bowl.
I kneaded the dough based on two plates, so there's more in the picture than the recipe.

Pop the eggs in a bowl and pour the milk in.
If you add rice powder to the strainer tray once, it will be easier to make the dough if you filter it and adding only fine particles.
(Use the rice powder for sale and it will be soft and kneaded quickly.)

Make the dough like in the picture above.
Make it a bit more moist than sujebi. (More than the picture)
If it's as tough as the picture, it takes a long time to bake pizza and it's less crispy.

Prepare kimchi.
Cut off the top of the stem.

Wash it with water, wash the seasoning, and squeeze the water out.
Kim Ji recommends ripe kimchi.

Cut it into bite-size pieces with a knife.
I cut it into small pieces, similar to meat and corn.
Pizza cheese will fix it.

Prepare the ingredients.
Chop the onions and cut the ham and kimchi to suit your taste
Drain the corn.
I used pork. I stir-fried it with salt, minced garlic, and sesame oil.

Place heat in pan between 1 and 2 layers.
Turn the olive oil twice and coat the pan with olive oil.

Place rice flour dough on top. I lost a bit;;;
(Milk is based on parched rice powder in the recipe, so if you knead it little by little, the probability of failure is reduced.)

Sprinkle ketchup on the pan.
(It can be replaced with tomato sauce, but my mom who made it like this for more than 20 years uses ketchup;;;;)

Spread ketchup over rice flour dough with a spoon.

Put the onion and kimchi on top.

Put the sliced ham on top.
(For your health, parboil it once in hot water and drain it.)

Put the stir-fried meat on top.
Beef makes bulgogi pizza.

You can put toppings to suit your taste.
Kimchi is a must.
If you add bell peppers, the color comes alive.

Sprinkle ketchup nicely.
I sprayed it roughly because I was tired because it was 10 p.m.

Cover the pan and let go over low heat.
You can do it in the oven.

When the lid is moist and the cheese melts, it's done.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

    We succeeded! We enjoyed the bulgogi pizza together 210g of rice flour with milk poured very little by little, mixed with a spatula to make it round like bread dough, then put olive oil on the pan and pressed it flat with your hands like pizza dough! Onions and minced beef were roasted in sesame oil and soy sauce, but the rice dough got on my hands a lot, so I put oil on the workbench and hands! It's amazing that rice flour also becomes dough!
