STEP 1/11
I seasoned Dora Jisoon today!~ I didn't know that Dora Jisun was eating it, but I found out this time that Dora Jisun also puts pickled vegetables in it and marinated~@!
STEP 2/11
When the water boils, I put 1 tablespoon of bay salt and blanch the dorajisun~
STEP 3/11
I made the sauce while I was parboiling it and draining it
STEP 4/11
Squeeze the water and mix it with the sauce~@~
STEP 5/11
I added sesame oil and sesame seed chives at the end and mixed them again, and the smell of sesame oil makes me want to eat it
STEP 6/11
It's my first time eating Dora Jisun, but it's crunchy and fresh, so I think I ate it a little more delicious than normal vegetables. I think it'll taste good even if I blanch Dora Jisun, mix it with perilla and perilla oil, and stir-fry it
STEP 7/11
All kinds of vegetables that I've never tried before are rice thief
STEP 8/11
After eating a lot of vegetables, everyone seems to have a similar taste~@! I think it tastes the best when you mix rice with red pepper paste!
STEP 9/11
They say that it's good to blanch balloon flower shoots, dry them a bit, and put pickled vegetables in them I think seasonal vegetables are the best for a healthy meal I think I've been eating all the vegetables that I've never eaten while living in Incheon!
STEP 10/11
Have you tried the fresh Dora Jisun herb It's my first time eating it, and it's good!!~ Saponin, the main ingredient of balloon flower, is said to be bitter and arin-flavored in leaves and stems, but it doesn't seem to have much sting or bitter taste because it's still young!! If there's a bit of bitterness, you can add a bit more plum extract and season it! It's good to parboil the Dora Jisun and eat it with Muknamul, but there's not much, so I seasoned it and put some pickles in it
STEP 11/11
It's a small amount, but I wanted to taste the pickled vegetables, so I dried it a little and then boiled soy sauce and poured it@~ Dear neighbors, it's already the second weekend of May Have a great weekend
