Making mugwort rice cake
I took out mugwort that Jinni had frozen in the freezer and made mugwort rice cakes like this. It's good to just eat it after steaming it and eating it with delicious and savory bean powder. I dug up a lot of spring mugwort this year, boiled it, put it in the freezer, and eat it as a snack when I'm hungry

  • Mugwort
  • Powerful rice flour

  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
In spring, pick up young mugwort, add a little soda (to keep it green), boil it, and squeeze out the water. Soak enough rice to drain and go to the mill with mugwort. (Put salt in it and ask to grind it together.)

Add lukewarm water to the ground rice powder with mugwort and knead it.

Make the dough flat and eatable

Put it in the steamer
STEP 5/6
Steam it in the steamer for 15 minutes

Put sesame oil on the rice cake, put it in a bowl, cool it down, and eat it deliciously when it is chewy.
