Cooking Steps

Make the broth a day before and put it on thin ice. Make broth with anchovies, dipori, dried pollack, radish, kelp, onions, dried shiitake, green onions, and soy sauce.

Chop the sour kimchi into small pieces. Shred cucumber by turning it and cutting it. Crush roasted seaweed into small pieces in a bag.
