Did you all do filial piety last Parents' Day?? Ruby was going to give her her favorite cash and eat out I scored more points with natural sea bream that my parents like I bought it at a very low price through direct trading of marine products.

5kg of natural red sea bream delivered to the terminal
The Gundy package I worked on in the early morning of the day was just picked up at the terminal a day later.

This is fresh fish, not live fish, so it's better to cut it thicker than regular sashimi.
We usually call it a sushi restaurant because there is an aquarium, so they serve live fish

Put raw fish on the cutting board and cook it with a kettle filled with hot water

Dip the sea bream skin slightly in hot water and take it out. The skin attached to the sashimi is a kettle containing hot water, pour it on the skin side, and soak it in ice water immediately to eat it as a delicious yubiki.
