STEP 1/10
Melt dark chocolate, whipped cream, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. When it has melted to a certain extent, add the orange peel, stir well, dissolve it to mix evenly, and cool off over heat.
If it gets too cold, it can harden.
STEP 2/10
Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them in separate bowls.
Add cream cheese, yolk and orange zest and whip. When mixed to a certain extent, whisk in a spoonful of sugar, orange juice and rum.
STEP 3/10
Add 2 spoons of sugar to the whites and beat the meringue firmly.
STEP 4/10
Place meringue in cream cheese and yolk whipped bowl and mix gently with spatula.
STEP 5/10
Soak the ladyfinger cookie in orange juice.
STEP 6/10
Place the soaked ladyfinger on the floor and cover with cream cheese mix. Put ladyfinger on top and put cream cheese mix on top.
STEP 7/10
I used a small glass used as an on-the-rack glass. I put two ladyfinger in this glass. It doesn't matter if you add more.
STEP 8/10
Put the cooled chocolate mix on top and refrigerate it
If you put it in for more than two hours, you can enjoy orange tiramisu that gives you freshness and happiness!
STEP 9/10
I made another one in the Leffe beer glass because there were some leftovers. I put three ladyfinger in here. Ladyfinger, chocolate mix, ladyfinger, cream cheese mix.
I put a lot of cocoa powder on it before I eat it!
STEP 10/10
I put the orange pulp on top.
I think it'd be better to spray cocoa powder here, too!
Sprinkle cocoa powder and add orange
It'll look better, right?
-If you put meringue first, please put it in the refrigerator and use it.
-You can use two eggs if it's not a big egg.
-If you like sweet taste, add 1 to 2 spoons of sugar.
- Even if it's not dark chocolate, you can melt commercial chocolate and use it. You can enjoy delicious orange tiramisu even if you skip the chocolate mix.
-If you use mascarpone cheese, of course it will be softer and tastier.
-You can add whiskey or tequila instead of rum.
