STEP 1/11
If you don't have any leftover chicken, cut the chicken breast long like me, season it with salt/pepper/garlic powder, and then coat it with flour, egg water, bread powder (+ parsley powder) and fry it.
STEP 2/11
Bake it crispy to remove the fat.
STEP 3/11
Cut it into 1cm pieces.
STEP 4/11
In an oiled pan, cut an onion and stir-fry it
-Soy sauce 2
STEP 5/11
-2 plum extract, 1/2 cup water, 0.5 garlic powder, a little bit of pepper and sesame oil
STEP 6/11
Boil the water a little bit.
STEP 7/11
Add turmeric powder to two eggs and mix well (you may omit it)
STEP 8/11
Prepare the eggplant by frying it thinly and cutting it after cooling it down.
STEP 9/11
I. All you have to do is put it in.
Rice. - Egg garnish. - Onion/sauce. - Chicken..
STEP 10/11
Sprinkle mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce like a net, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
It's so easy, right???
STEP 11/11
It's done.
Don't force yourself to eat the breast when you eat chicken~~
The kids like it.^^
If you don't boil the onion sauce too much, you can mix it more moistly. Adjust according to your preference..
I like to put a lot of onions. It's crunchy..
Or even if you mix onions and mushrooms (sashimi, oyster, and enoki mushrooms), the chewy texture is good.^^
