  • King oyster mushroom

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Remove the bottom of the mushrooms, rinse them slightly on the horse, and clean them.
STEP 2/3
Cut it into bite-size pieces, add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoons of grain syrup, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and boil it down. (You don't need to add water separately because the mushrooms get water.)

Boil the sauce until it seeps into the mushrooms and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
In order to maintain the unique scent of mushrooms when touching them, it is better to wipe them slightly with a wet kitchen towel rather than washing them in water. If you wash it in water, it is recommended to rinse it slightly.
