Castella is pudding. "Steamed tofu eggs~^^"
My 7-year-old daughter used to eat everything without being a picky eater, but she doesn't want to eat vegetables or tofu these days. ^^...It's proof that he's grown up^^ I made it to feed vegetables and tofu to a kid who keeps looking for eggs^^

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1/4piece
  • Eggs
    2piece
  • Milk
    120ml
  • Young squash
    1/8ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    1/2T
  • Sugar
    1/2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
The ingredients are simple^^
120ml of milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 tofu, 1/2 onion, 1/8 zucchini, every house with kids^^
I'll be a total bully while posting the recipe^^
This refrigerator, which I didn't even go grocery shopping to do "I'll fall for you" these days, is so nice^^;;
If you have carrots, add them^^
It's better in color and taste^^
I don't have..Hehehehe^^
STEP 2/12
Stir-fry pumpkin and onion (and carrots) in a pan and hold your breath^^
STEP 3/12
Put tofu on a sieve and crush it^^
I mashed it with noodles to make tofu taste better^^
I mashed it three or four times with kalguksu^^
STEP 4/12
Put milk, eggs, crushed tofu, and vegetables in a proper bowl
Please make sure to put them in the right place^^
STEP 5/12
1/2T of seasoned soy sauce
STEP 6/12
Spread 1/2T sugar and mix well
By the way, ^^
If I put in as much sugar as I put in, it tastes a little sweet. ^^
If you don't like the sweetness, leave it out^^
STEP 7/12
Put it in the microwave^^
STEP 8/12
In our microwave oven, steamed eggs are set for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. ^^....So I turned it twice^^
It took 9 minutes to spin it^^
STEP 9/12
It's done^^
Eggs contain more than 90% of the nutrients that are good for the brain on Earth^^
The growing children, the elderly, and the housewives who blink after giving birth, make a habit of eating an egg a day like me^^
I'm not good at it either^^ Just the heart
STEP 10/12
The shape is like alcohol bread, but it's made of steamed eggs that are softer than pudding and more moist than castella^^
STEP 11/12
It's very fluffy^^
STEP 12/12
My Jongwon Baek asked me if I was a cook or a king of three kings
Anyway, I talked about Tofu on a show^^
I froze tofu and ate it. Wow, wow, was amazed
I kept the tofu wrong and threw it away when it froze
If you go to the mart now, there's a big tofu that's the size of tofu^^
Buy that and divide it into 8 pieces and pack it in 1/4 separately and freeze it^^
So I put it in the stew or hot pot^^
Don't use tofu in steamed eggs^^

All right, although I failed lol I saw a recipe for putting tomatoes somewhere else and added tomatoes, and there was too much tomato water. Anyway, it helped me a lot^^
