Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
I think I'm going to talk about this while I'm done writing^^;;
The cutting board I use is 45 centimeters wide and 23.5 centimeters long^^
There are 17 onions that I bought cheaply on the count, and it's spacious^^
So when you prepare onions, it's good to have 10 large onions^^
STEP 2/12
The ingredients for Yakgochujang are ground pork 380g onion 17 green onions 1/2 layer whole garlic I had a total of 38 pages ^^....That's why I used 38^^
When I make weak red pepper paste, I get 30 to 40 pieces of garlic right^^ That's how good it tastes in my mouth. ^^....And it's not in the ingredients picture, but I just added 1/2 zucchini so that it keeps going around me^^
So, it doesn't make a big difference if you don'^^
STEP 3/12
Cut the green onion into circles^^
STEP 4/12
Stretch the onion, please^^
STEP 5/12
They give me garlic^^
You don't have to be so beautiful ^^
STEP 6/12
This is pumpkin for the problem^^
I was using a knife, but I kept stepping on it^^
So I just put it in with a sieve^^
STEP 7/12
This pan is 38 inches in diameter and is a royal fan^^
There are a lot of vegetables^^
STEP 8/12
http://www.10000recipe.com/recipe/6847831
And a ladle of seasoned soy sauce^^
The address above is the recipe for Yeosin's Soy Sauce that I posted^^
But there are many good products for commercial use. ^^
You can just use soy sauce ^^
STEP 9/12
I don't use a drop of water or oil at all when making weak red pepper paste ^^.......Oil is easy to store for a long time, but it smells like dried laver afterwards, and if I use water, the red pepper paste will go away ^^....So the taste is getting worse^^
Cook vegetables well over low heat^^
STEP 10/12
When the vegetables are fully cooked, add ground pork and stir-fry until the pork is cooked white^^
STEP 11/12
When the meat is cooked, add 900g of red pepper paste and 100g of red pepper powder and stir-fry them over medium heat^^
Scrub well so that the bottom doesn't get pressed^^
STEP 12/12
It's done when the surface of the red pepper paste explodes and steam explodes^^
It's easy^^
I don't worry too much about coldness with this is all I have is this^^
I'm a bad housewife^^
But yesterday, I added Deodeoksoon, which is grown at home, and had a nice bibimbamJiyo ^^
The young radish kimchi I made on Sunday is well cooked^^
There's also a recipe for water kimchi^^
It tastes bitter at night if you add red pepper paste and cook it over a short heat. ^^ Please finish it on medium heat^^
