I'll bite the kimchi I put in the winter Freshly put cabbage kimchi~ It's pretty on the plate and the taste is excellent..^^ I think salted shrimp and sand lance extract are the best for cabbage kimchi.^^~~ It adds a deep taste to the kimchi.^^~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Three bottles of cabbage. One package
There was still some cabbage left.~~
The new cabbage is soft and tastes worse than autumn cabbage.
So there's no way to find blue in cabbage.
But you all know if the inside of the cabbage is sweet and savory, right?
STEP 2/9
Chop up the cabbages.~~

Sprinkle salt on top.

Then soak the salt in water.~~
STEP 4/9
The time to pickle with salt is 4 hours
Turn it upside down from time to time
Maybe because the weather got warmer, I was out of breath quickly.~~
The yellow inside of the cabbage looks delicious, right?
If you put kimchi in yellow cabbage like this, no matter how badly you season it, it has a basic taste.^^~~~
STEP 5/9
Wash the cabbages about five times
You can make the sauce while you drain it.^^~
STEP 6/9
Onion, garlic, chives
If you cut the length of the cabbage, it looks clean when you put in kimchi.
Add grass, salted fish (salted shrimp, sand lance extract), red pepper powder, plum extract, ginger~
If you put plum extract over sugar
It tastes better when it's cooked.^^~~

Mix the basic seasoning well

If you mix the cabbage and seasoning evenly, the kimchi is complete.

Leave the cabbage kimchi outside for a day
You can eat delicious kimchi in the kimchi refrigerator.
I don't think I need to worry about kimchi for a while.^^~~
If you put plum extract instead of sugar Kimchi tastes better when it is cooked.^^~~
