Cold soybean paste bibimbap made with popping barley!
Until a few years ago, I told you to like other foods more than rice, but now rice is the best. Eat at home and outside! Eat!!!I especially like barley rice these daysSo I always add a handful of barley when I cook rice, and the chewing taste is good. It's convenient because it doesn't have to be called like other grains. Today's dinner was made with barley, boiled cold soybean paste, and mixed. I remember how delicious the savory taste was as it exploded!!! It's the cold season these days, so I should make it often.

Naengi added soybean paste 1 red pepper paste and 1/2 soy sauce half bean curd and seasoned it. Soybean paste is different from house to house. Our house is a little salty because we put in house soybean paste. You can adjust it according to the doenjang^^

I'm going to crush the tofu's half hair with the naengmyeon and cut the half hair into small pieces. That's how it tastes savory and delicious.

When it starts to boil, it was reduced to medium heat and boiled gently for about 5 minutes. While boiling, the soybean paste seemed weak, so I added one more spoon and boiled it. Lastly, add chopped tofu and green onion garlic and boil it again to complete the cold soybean paste!

And I put a lot of chewy barley rice in the bowl. Barley rice is digested well, so you feel comfortable even if you eat a lot!

I put a lot of cold soybean paste on top of sticky barley rice. It's much softer and more savory because I crushed half of the tofu~~
