STEP 1/12
It's rice crunch. You can buy it at an internet baking shopping mall.
If that's hard, I think it'll be pretty similar if you buy brown rice puffs at a traditional market. But the crunchy texture will go down.
In a dry royal pan, saute the rice crunch until golden.
It becomes more savory It tastes like nurungji?
STEP 2/12
I put all kinds of nuts in the house. As much as you want
an almond slice
Crushed almonds, crushed walnuts
sunflower seed
stir-fried black sesame seeds
Cranberries, peanuts, and so on.
I stir-fried almonds/ walnuts/sunflower seeds. That's how it tastes more savory.
Stir-fry the sunflower seeds until they are plump and chubby.
If you just add cranberries, walnuts, and almonds as a whole, you can mess up the shape when you cut Gangjeong later on, so chop them and add them.
STEP 3/12
Mix the stir-fried rice crunch and nuts and place them in a bowl.
STEP 4/12
Now I'm going to make syrup.
4 cups of nut-containing content per cup
- Starch syrup: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 2T
- Water: 2T
Add and simmer. When the sugar melts and the syrup thickens...
STEP 5/12
Add the stir-fried ingredients and lower the heat
I toss and mix well.
STEP 6/12
Prepare plastic, square frames, and disposable gloves with cooking oil in advance.
STEP 7/12
Since the syrup is hot, wear cotton gloves or rubber gloves inside the plastic gloves. If you tie it with a yellow rubber band over the plastic gloves, the gloves won't come off.^^
STEP 8/12
If the syrup and the contents feel a little heavy (only by feeling~~~~~~) and feel that they move at once when you rummage with a spatula, turn off the heat, cool it down a little, and put it in a vinyl-covered mold.
STEP 9/12
Press it down so that there is no gap.
Originally, it was supposed to be pushed with a rolling pin, and there is a separate Gangjeong frame, but I used this mold because the larger the cut, the more the Gangjeong looks, the worse it looks. You can find it in the 1,000 won section of the mart.
You have to press it on the inside out so that it doesn't break when you cut it later. If there is a lot of empty space, it breaks easily.
Cut at once with a sharp knife before it cools completely. If it's completely cold and cut, it breaks easily!
STEP 10/12
If you put it nicely, it's done.
It's easy, right?
It's complicated to do it while taking pictures, otherwise in half an hour!!
If you buy the wrong Gangjeong sold in the market, does it stick to your teeth, or is it too sweet, or does the nuts contain peanuts?
Please make it full of nuts as much as you love it..
STEP 11/12
It would be nice to share it with your friends when you go hiking, right? I think my shoulders will hit the sky because of my daughter-in-law or daughter-in-law's pride!
STEP 12/12
What's left is...
I drink it with coffee... ^^
It looks good on you.
When making syrup, if you add sugar and boil it too much or stir it, it crystallizes and becomes hard like a stone. If it's less boiled and the gangjeong doesn't clump together, it's okay to cook it again with the contents, so be careful
