Place 250g of flour in a bowl.

In a generous bowl, place 100g of sugar / 25g of vanilla sugar / 250ml of whipped cream / 1/2 bag of baking powder / all egg yolks.

First, apply oil or butter evenly to the pan and pour. Bake for 20 minutes in a 180-degree oven.
