Rice flour kimchi pancake enjoyed with gluten-free
A pancake that I always think of on a rainy day!!! When you're lazy to go buy ingredients in the rain, make it simple using kimchi at home.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut kimchi into small pieces. You can chop it with a knife or you can cut it with scissors.
STEP 2/4
Add chopped onions, two eggs, a cup of rice flour, and a little kimchi soup to the finely chopped kimchi. (Rice flour can be replaced with flour.)
STEP 3/4
Add a cup of water, adjust the concentration, and mix the dough well.
STEP 4/4
Pour enough cooking oil in a heated frying pan, pour the dough, and bake.
Rice flour is available for both milled rice flour and commercial rice flour, and can be replaced with flour.
