Braised Tuna Radish #Tuna Canned Food

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Please cut the radish thickly and prepare it.
STEP 2/6
Add anchovies, kelp, and radish to 500ml of water and boil for about 15 minutes to make broth.
STEP 3/6
While the broth is boiling, press down on the tuna with a spoon, drain the oil, and strain it through a sieve.
STEP 4/6
Make 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2T rice wine and 2T oligosaccharide sauce.
Remove the anchovies and kelp from the stock and add the seasoning and simmer for another 15 minutes.
STEP 5/6
When boiling, cover and simmer over low heat.
STEP 6/6
Add tuna and shredded green onions to the last step and simmer for another 5 minutes.
15 minutes of broth + 15 minutes of seasoning + 5 minutes of tuna and green onions
It will take 30 to 40 minutes in total.

I ate a lot of salty things these days, so I put in less soy sauce and two small peppers. When it was boiled down, it felt like it wasn't enough, so I added a little more oligosaccharide and a little bit of ginger, and it was good! I think sugar will taste better than oligosaccharide, but oligosaccharide will be better for your health I enjoyed my meal.^^
