Stir-fried pork belly and vegetables
I added leftover meat, bok choy, mushrooms, and onions from grilled pork belly with my family and tasted them with oyster sauce. When I have leftover ingredients, I usually stir-fry it like this. It's perfect as a side dish and a side dish for alcohol.

Cooking Steps

Cut bok choy and onions into bite-size pieces and cut the mushrooms in half

Prepare raw pork belly and grilled pork belly.

Put oil on the pan and stir-fry pork belly and garlic

Blanch grilled pork belly slightly and stir-fry onion, bok choy, red pepper, and cooking wine.

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and salt, stir-fry quickly, and add pepper and sesame oil at the end.

I added the leftover meat and soaked the meat. When I stir-fried it with vegetables, a generous plate came out. The combination of spicy and oyster sauce was very good in Chinese style stir-fried meat. The amount of pork left is small, so it's not easy to grill it, and when it's hard to handle the leftover meat, stir-fry it like this to cook it. If you blanch the grilled meat a little, it doesn't have a stiff taste and you can eat it again gently. I made it using the remaining ingredients, and this will also be a refrigerator digger.
