Fried eggs with soy bean paste sauce
Soybean paste is fermented soybean paste and is one of Korea's representative foods along with red pepper paste. Jang first came from China, but making fermented soybean lumps is our own way. There are more than a dozen kinds of soybean paste, depending on the aging time, aging method, as well as the ingredients added, including cheonggukjang, makjang, jujang, earthenware, and local special sauce. As fermented foods are recognized worldwide, our soybean paste is also being re-examined. Soybeans, the main ingredient of soybean paste, contain a large amount of vegetable protein, which is good for preventing arteriosclerosis and heart disease, and various substances, including linoleic acid in soybeans, have the effect of suppressing more than 90% of carcinogens. In addition, good enzyme bacteria produced by fermentation of soybean paste help blood circulation in the body, increase digestion, and soften the skin. Today, we will make fried eggs with soybean paste sauce using Mr. Baek's multi-purpose soybean paste. Let's take a look.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The ingredients are two eggs, half a tablespoon of all-round soy sauce, one and a half tablespoon of canola oil, and one handful of chopped green onions. It looks like a lot of all-around soybean paste, but it's because it's spread thin.
STEP 2/7
Mix the eggs well. I didn't add salt. We season it with multi-purpose soybean paste, so I think it's okay to add a little salt.
STEP 3/7
Put a tablespoon and a half of canola oil in a heated pan and add chopped green onions to give it a green onion flavor.
STEP 4/7
Pour in the beaten egg water. When the egg water starts to cook, make scrambled eggs by cutting them straight with a spatula.
STEP 5/7
Add half a tablespoon of soy sauce and mix it well. If the all-around soybean paste doesn't dissolve well, it will form a lump, and then it can be salty, so it's important to loosen it well
STEP 6/7
Isn't it really easy?
STEP 7/7
Mr. Baek, stir-fried egg with soybean paste is done. I think it has a deeper taste because it's seasoned with soybean paste instead of salt. It's a taste that goes well with scrambled eggs with the savory and salty taste of soybean paste.
