Mille-feuille nabe
Mille-feuille nabe, a combination of mille-feuille, which means a thousand leaves in French, and Japanese nabe, is a hot pot that looks like a flower spreading by stacking layers of vegetables such as beef, cabbage, and perilla leaves^^ The shape is pretty and the taste is light, so it's really good as a guest dish^^ The hot-boiled mille-feuille nabe is even better with salty tsuyu sauce or spicy sweet chili sauce^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil the stock ingredients in a pot for more than 30 minutes to prepare the stock.
STEP 2/5
Finely chop the cheongyang pepper and red pepper and mix well with each sauce ingredient to make tsuyu sauce and chili sauce.
STEP 3/5
Wash perilla leaves well and cut off the top, and make a cross shape for shiitake mushrooms on the gat. Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom, wash the cabbage in running water, and cut the bottom.
STEP 4/5
Repeat 4 times in the order of 1 cabbage, 2 perilla leaves, and beef, and divide it into 3 pieces horizontally.
STEP 5/5
After washing the bean sprouts cleanly, place the beef and cabbage perilla leaves that are stacked on top of it in a pot, and place them in a circle from the outside to the inside, and fill the center with shiitake and enoki mushrooms. To finish, pour the broth, season with soy sauce, and boil until the meat and vegetables are done. Add a little salt to match the lack of seasoning.
