I went to the mart and there were clams on sale lol Since it's a combination of clams, I bought a set of clams with the intention of making clam soup

Cooking Steps

There's a lot to do in the beginning
First, you have to clean each shell with a toothbrush
Then, add 3 spoons of salt to the water and remove the impurities from the clams

And one is a pot for clam soup!
Put kelp in the pot for clam soup and roll it up
You can make kelp water in advance

I'm trying to get rid of the impurities from the inside lol

Add radish, kotsu, and fish cake and boil it again

Cut the enoki mushrooms and chives into big pieces

When the soup is about to boil, add the clams from the other pot
The impurities will come out clean
Add the clams and boil it for a while

This is the clam soup
Add chives and enoki mushrooms 1-2 minutes before eating lol
Otherwise, it will die and the texture will be tough
And when you taste the soup with the soup
It's going to be bland
Season it with salt lol
